The 37-year-old suspect was detained on suspicion of causing public nuisance, criminal damage, public order offences, burglary, and assaulting two police officers. GMP confirmed it had been requested by another force to carry out the arrest because the man was wanted on recall to prison over separate matters. He remains in police custody.
