The incident occurred at approximately 18:05 BST on Tuesday, involving a black Vauxhall Astra heading north and an orange Peugeot 107 traveling south. Mullaney, who was driving the Peugeot, died at the scene. The teenager in her car was hospitalized but has since been released. The Vauxhall driver was initially charged with causing death by driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
